Felix is about to accept the matches, or ask her why here would be different than elsewhere, but then Andrea notices whatever threat she notices. Felix doesn't have her knowledge of this world, or apparently her sense of smell, but he's willing to follow her lead. Almost too quickly to see, his sword is in his hands - not directly threatening anything, but out and ready.
